Good, but seriously- a belch?

This summary is good, but near the beginning of the summary of Chapter 6, Dunn actually belches— loudly and fully. I can’t understand the context, or if he thought it added levity to the topic — to me, it was arresting, and juvenile if deliberate — I wondered, is he following this diet plan or not? Ew. Just not appropriate — and if it’s an editing error, so sad it was missed.
