Excellent Information for your health!

Have listened to it twice and will be doing so again to keep getting more from the detailed information. Appreciate the accompanying pdf as it helped in understanding. For such a technical book, I enjoyed the readers voice and cadence.

High quality, up-to-date info

High quality, up-to-date information on proper diet, especially strong detail on good fats and Omega 3, and their importance to healthy living.

Note that this book doesn't really get into other healthy living topics such as exercise, sleep and stress management.
