Exercise for Seniors

I agree 100% that exercise is crucial for your body. If we don't exercise then our bones will become weak then if we fall, we can easily get hurt with a lot of pain. Tai Chi teaches you how to strengthen your immune system, promoting overall health and resilience against illness. The story and narration is excellent and I recommend this audiobook to the world.
