Publisher's Summary
An angsty, second-chance, stand-alone, new adult romance from USA Today and WSJ bestselling author Siobhan Davis™.
The boy who broke my heart is now the man who wants to mend it.
Jared was my everything until an ocean separated us and he abandoned me when I needed him most.
He forgot the promises he made.
Forgot the love he swore was eternal.
It was over before it began.
Now, he’s a hot commodity, universally adored, and I’m the woman no one wants.
Pining for a boy who no longer exists is pathetic. Years pass, men come and go, but I cannot move on.
I didn’t believe my fractured heart and broken soul could endure any more pain. Until Jared rocks up to the art gallery where I work, with his fiancée in tow, and I’m drowning again.
Seeing him brings everything to the surface, so I flee. Placing distance between us again, I’m determined to put him behind me once and for all.
Then he reappears at my door, begging me for another chance.
I know I should turn him away.
Try telling that to my heart.
This is a full-length 97k-word second-chance romance novel. It's a complete stand-alone with an HEA and no cliff-hanger. Some scenes may be triggering. Please listen to the note at the start of the book.

The swearing was awful
The foul language made the book less enjoyable. I don’t understand why there is so much foul language in books now. The writers act like they are just like the youth of this generation. All I have to say is grow up. Nasty language doesn’t make a book more enjoyable. I couldn’t enjoy it or finish it. I probably won’t waste my money on this writer again.
