About this listen
Defying the fate that claimed his evil predecessor, Raistlin opens the Portal to the Abyss and passes through. With Crysania at his side, he engages the Queen of Darkness in a battle for the ultimate prize - a seat among the gods.
At the same time, Caramon and Tasslehoff are transported to the future. There they come to understand the consequences of Raistlin’s quest - and Caramon at last realizes the painful sacrifice he must make to prevent his brother’s success. Old friends and strange allies come together to aid him, but Caramon must take the last, greatest step alone. The step into the Abyss.

I really do love this series
this has always been a personal favorite series, with a fantastic finish, the twins story was always interesting to me and Raistlin is a character I've always weirdly connected with.

Bravo. capped off a great story
the excellent ending to the legends trilogy.
the story is tight. well written and keeps you guessing. The book has a slightly dystopian vibe going for it that you may enjoy. I wasn't expecting it to be as good as the original chronicles trilogy but it blew me away.
the narrator Ax Norman is an expert story teller. his rhythm and cadence are one of a kind , lending an epic and unique flavor to this story. I enjoyed most of the voices he gave the characters, too.

As good as the other books from those two!
Supposé être optionnel de composer l'évaluation! Le titre dit tout, je n'ai pas besoin d'en ajouter davantage!

Ax is a terrible narrator.
He continuously mispronounces names and even a few basic words. Example he says Tasslehoff properly but he changes Tas to Toz.

great story.
story is great but the narration does not do a good job bringing the story to life. every character sounds the same which is unfortunate given how well the other narrators of the dragonlance saga were able to give each character their own unique personality
