Awesome book!

An awesome book. A no advice giving approach to emotional fitness, a 9 step guide to discovering the answers within yourself. The narrators of the book do a fantastic job the voices are calming and soothing and easy to listen to. Loved the audio version of this book - I would highly recommend adding this book to your library of self help books! Definitely a book that can be listened to.over and over.
