Another fine mystery
I think I enjoyed this second book in the Little Compton series more than I enjoyed the first. The characters are becoming familiar and it's a joy to catch up with them.
In this second book Tom and Liz are pulled into another mystery after a hen night results in one of the party disappearing. The book switches back and forth between Tom and Liz's investigation into her abduction, and Rhianna's captivity, and her attempt to escape.
As the book progresses, we, like Tom and Liz start learning more and more about Rhianna, her family and her boyfriend and his family, and the reasons behind her abduction.
M K Turner has a few interesting twists and turns in this second book. It was a pleasure to read and unravel the mystery.
