Based on previous work, I was very hopeful that the story or at least the characters would be compelling. This was not the case for me, but perhaps I just missed the intent. Overall a struggle

Is it weird that I didn’t understand why the narrators voice is so boring to me? I can’t tell if I loved this book or thought it was a tad boring. Maybe both . Great book and wonderful if u love anyone who’s kinda fucked up. Aka everyone
