Awesome book that is both inspiring and educational. Josh gives you some tools that he uses to elevate his career which I’m planning on using :) I’m listening for a second time because it was so good! Thanks Josh.

Josh is the man. I’m a real estate agent of 3 years and learning new strategic strategies and how a high grossing realtors think and act is next to impossible to find to grow myself as a realtor. This book has given me so many gems.

this book was like a bad remix. filled with repetitive words and phrases with no substance. no info of any value in this book. it was clearly a cash grab.
