About this listen
A new heart-pounding thriller of espionage, treachery, and terrorism from the bestselling Case Lee series.
When a rogue scientist disappears with an earth-shattering discovery, a man with special skills is sent to find her. Will he succeed in time to stop a global disaster?
Former Delta operator Case Lee is contracted to extract a lost Swiss bio-prospector from Brazil, where he learns the scientist has vanished with an incredible organic substance that has the potential for genocide.
Case is plunged into the pursuit of his life through dark rain forest and the gritty slums of Rio - where victory is defined by staying alive against ruthless spies, an underworld of drug dealers, and deep-shadow conspirators.
The Amazon Job is the fourth stand-alone novel in the high-octane Case Lee espionage thriller series. If you like conflicted heroes, non-stop action, and treacherous global threats, then you’ll love Vince Milam’s gripping novel.

A typical Milam story with Case Lee as the protagonist….full of action, multiple bad guys and some humour thrown in. While Tim Dixon does an admirable job with most of the voices, he gives Lee’s female interests annoyingly high and weak voices. Mr.Dixon would do well to learn the correct pronunciation of some words, particularly annoying is his pronunciation of ‘coif’. Also, his French accent is way over the top and becomes very annoying.
