Highly Sensitive Person
I like how the author researched the Tools to manage emotions and overwhelm, fostering emotional intelligence. I remember I was attending a job interview, I was not successful, and I felt bad about it. This audiobook, ways to Sharpen Your Intuition for Confident Decision-making, meaning, that listening to this audiobook illuminated my understanding that there are many opportunities out there and that we should not be discouraged. It is a great book that I will listen to again.
