Perfectionism is a naturally limiting mindset. For example, kids are taught to color inside the lines, and any color outside the lines is considered a mistake that must be corrected. Good listen but could’ve used more depth
Great book that’s well worth listening for some general ideas. At times it felt more like listening to a blog post than a book, however, given the lack of depth concerning psychology and other supplementary resources. Still, it’s a cheap and fast listen. Can’t complain.
