Good listen but could’ve used more depth
Great book that’s well worth listening for some general ideas. At times it felt more like listening to a blog post than a book, however, given the lack of depth concerning psychology and other supplementary resources. Still, it’s a cheap and fast listen. Can’t complain.

Great for people pleasers.
Great for people who can't say no. Not so helpful for the advanced class of no-sayers. Very beginner level book. Some cool ideas for sure, but all of which could be summarized just as powerfully with a blog post or a 20 minute YouTube video.
