Lots of recycled material from his other book
I liked this author’s book on the alpha male so I thought I’d like this one too. Disappointingly there’s a lot of recycled material and same examples and content used. He refers to bill clinton and James Bond just like in the alpha book. Didn’t feel like anything new that I didn’t already hear. Better to put all content into one book rather than release a bunch of really short ones with repetitive content. The book is also very short. I ended up returning this. The final straw for me was his over-explaining of there being a difference between “fake it until you make it” and “fake it until you become it.” He spent unnecessarily long discussing the difference as if there even is one, as though he was running out of content and needed the book to be longer. Just couldn’t stand to listen to that part anymore. The narrator is great however.
