Concise intro + Practical enough to try yourself

Concise, entertaining and thought provoking intro to ToC (Theory of Constraints) specially for someone who never (or have just) heard about it and got intrigued to know more enough without being overwhelmed.

What I liked about it even more, even though it's an intro, yet still gives you practical and actionable knowledge, enough to try it out and see significant results yourself.

This was my 2nd time listening to it (after about a year) and after reading and learning (and still learning) about ToC (Goldratt & Kelvyn Youngman), Systems Thinking (Russell Ackoff & Peter Senge), Theory of Profound Knowledge (Deming), Cybernetics, Epistemology and Antifragile Systems. It was still entertaining, informative and a reminder of some of the core concepts and first principles of the topic. Strongly recommended!
