Portal to healing

This story removes the stigma surrounding incest and allows the conversation to open up the healing.
The contrast of the story of each woman’s path allows us to see there is no one size fits all. This book can be used for therapy to allow there to begin the radical honesty of acceptance and healing to come back to your whole self.
Thank you Susan for such a vulnerable empowering story telling.
***Be warned this may active wounds within you, if this happens take pauses to all yourself to regulate your nervous system. Your biology is always trying to protect you while bringing you to the energy that is separating you from your worth.
Highly remind this book.
