Extremely basic and dry materiel.

This is not for anyone who is familiar with weightlifting or living a healthy lifestyle. I’m an intermediate lifter who is trying to bulk for the first time. When I saw the title of this, I thought “this will be great to get me started”. I was wrong. It’s basically a book for someone who never lifted weights in their life and wants to immediately start gaining beginner mass. The book is also filled with tons of workouts, how to do them, and how many reps/sets. All very basic information. Don’t waste your time.
