About this listen
Are you a parent with a young child between the ages of two to seven? Are you looking for a gift for a young child? Or are you someone who just wants something nice to read to your children before bedtime? Then, The Bunny Bath House in the Forest is the short story just for you!
This whimsical, charming little tale is a lighthearted, relaxing depiction of the Flufftail family - a clan of happy bunnies that live in the woods. You’ll be introduced to their nightly routine of going to the forest bath house together, where they get themselves nice and clean while having fun as a family. Even better, they encounter their other woodland neighbors along the way - leading to even more fun as they interact with other wildlife - and even learn some important lessons in the process!
This book is written in a simple, clear, and direct style appropriate for children in late elementary and early middle school. Some of the vocabulary is a little advanced for that age, but the story is written in such a way that children can figure out the meaning of more complex words by the context in which they are used, which makes this book educational as well. Aside from the humor and the entertainment value of a story about a bunny family, the Flufftail children (Thomas, Sam, Mary, and Cathy), through their interactions with the other animals they encounter, can teach young people about the importance of honesty and perseverance.
If these values match up with yours or your children enjoy listening to interesting stories, then this book is for you!
