Powerful
This book brought me to tears many times in gratitude. This woman is such an incredible healer, she teaches you how to have the courage to take responsibility for your life... she's no nonsense, but also extremely empathetic to the journey. Absolutely illuminating!
In this series Caroline Myss hits on several issues that are right on point regarding spiritual development and discipline. She clearly and beautifully lays out a spiritual practise (or discipline) for the morning and evening every day. #Audible1 She is humorous and speaks with truth. Listening to this collection this morning cantered me, increased my energy level and prepared me for the day in a most blessed way.

this is my favourite so far !
I am new to Caroline's work but she is amazing. this book was my favourite. especially the first 4 chapters. though all are great.
Her presence is comforting, she explains things how I can understand, not bible based , shes funny and honest and open . I wish I could have a few reading with her !
