everyone especially Doctors should read this book
I have been plant based for 10 years after no results from local Doctors. I have gone through Cornell Plant based courses and I am currently taking a master class with Dr. Michael Klaper.
It is one thing to inform people but the real change need to come from the medical profession. people always look a loosing weight and never look at their own health. Follow Dr. Barnards advice make the changes but go show your Doctor and ask him or her to get in touch with Dr. Barnard and the may other doctors recommending a plant based diet.
until we have the support from Government and The medical community the majority of us will remain sick and continue to listen to nuritioally uneducated Doctors who seem to be trying to hold on to a stigma of Doctor knows best instead of truly trying to reverse disease.
Disease did not deside to give you a problem you invited it into your body and life by eating the SAD (standard American Diet) diet
great book to reset your life and take control of you own health and possibly those around you.
