Lacks content.

I found this book to lack useful content. You get basic information on the onset and then the books switch’s to hours of read recipes, with NO PDF attachment for those recipes! Recipes that are read to you are useless because they are not easily accessible without the purchase of the paper book. The whole point of buying the audio book is to get all the content in a way that is useful without the need to buy the paper copy. You buy either or, that is the norm and this is why most reputable nutrition/diet books come with the attached PDF for this type of content. On a positive note, the narrator is good. All in all not worth the money in my opinion.
