À propos de cet audio
Emotional manipulation is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage one's own emotions and those of others in a positive way. Today, we see that being "smart in the books" and having a high IQ or IQ does not guarantee a successful, happy, and fulfilled life. Many people around the world are very academically brilliant but are unable to deal with people and succeed at work or in their relationships. Academic manipulation is not enough in itself to succeed in life. Reading this “Emotional Manipulation” will help you find a job and make a living, but it does not show you how to live a life. When it comes to happiness and success in life, emotional manipulation helps you build stronger relationships, succeed at work, and achieve your personal and professional goals.
Emotionally intelligent people can recognize their emotional state and the emotional states of others and, therefore, to connect more easily with others. As a result, they communicate better, build stronger relationships, achieve better results at work, and lead more fulfilling lives.
Emotional manipulation describes the five main areas as follows:
- Self-awareness or the ability to identify and understand moods, emotions, and impulses, as well as their effects on others. Those who are confident, realistic, and have a sense of critical humor are usually self-aware.
- Self-regulation, or being able to control moods and think before acting. Those who are good at self-regulation usually accept change.
- Internal motivation, or those who work for more than just money or status. Internally motivated people are curious, persistent, and optimistic.
- Empathy, or be able to understand people by their emotional reactions. Empathetic people tend to be good recruiters or customer service representatives.
- Social skills or ability to build lasting relationships and relationships with people.
