Another great compilation from John Danaher.

I thoroughly enjoyed this audio book. There is a lot of great information on different aspects of Jiu Jitsu. He is a very intelligent, passionate and much sought after instructor with extensive knowledge of not only BJJ but a wide variety of combat sports and martial arts. John Danaher is regarded by many to be one of the best BJJ coaches actively teaching. He has revolutionized the the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu by taking a systematic approach to teaching and learning, while also incorporating leg locks, that were once overlooked and underrated. Most Jiu Jitsu students have heard of "King" Gordon Ryan or the late DDS (The Danaher Death Squad) well this is the legendary man that started it all. He learned, trained and then taught in the infamous "Blue Basement" in New York under the Legend Master Renzo Gracie. He went from white to black belt under Master Renzo. These are some of his thoughts on Jiu Jitsu. It is worth every penny, I have listened to this audiobook 3 times now and will likely listen another 3 times there is just so much information to take in its a great investment and a great listen. Thank you John Danaher.
