Stick with it for success

At first I found this yoga practice very difficult. That was because I was exhausted. The first ten times I did it, I fell asleep and had a nice nap. I stayed with the program and eventually I was able to reach a state of deep rest while remaining awake. Slowly I began to feel restored, physically, as long as I followed Karen Brody’s words. And now when I do Yoga Nidra as guided by Karen, I can feel rejuvenated in 45 minutes with the very interesting added bonus of the mysterious “soul whisper” element. I don’t always have a soul whisper but the few I’ve experienced are fascinating. Karen Brody’s voice is pleasant to listen to and her personal stories are compelling. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in deep rest.

really love the flow of this book

great info and transformative practices, loved the journey through the chakras! if you're new to yoga nidra this is a great entry into the practice

I can sleep again!

I loved this meditation program. I could not imagine it would help me but it did. I can sleep again! #Audible1
