About this listen
Your wife is a liar.
Has your wife told you the truth yet?
Do you know who Claire really is?
Lenny has always known that his wife, Claire, is the love of his life. But somehow his marriage is in shambles, he’s struggling with the kids, and a string of anonymous text messages are tormenting him, insisting that Claire is a liar.
Claire knows Lenny is a good man, but there’s a lot she hasn’t told him about her past. Now she’s terrified that the horrors that haunt her are about to put her entire family in danger.
Strange new neighbours, insidious clients and schoolyard scandal begin to fracture Claire and Lenny’s happy families façade. As secrets are revealed and pasts uncovered, the lies will be exposed and everyone's lives will change forever.
A gripping suburban thriller from the bestselling author of Beneath the Shadows and The Hush.
"The fast-moving flow from placid family life to a deeply disturbing secret drives this suspenseful tale." Kirkus Reviews

A Decent Thriller
A decent thriller, I enjoyed the story. Not the most exciting, but a good listen and it held my interest. The narrators were excellent.

Nice tight story line and reveal
This was a fun fast one I enjoyed. The suspects were vast and the complexity of marriage gone off was nicely depicted.

Good characters, and decent plot, but the story was over too jockey
The storyline was good, but concluded too quickly without enough time to sink in to what the characters were experiencing in the final twists.

Good psychological thriller!
This was a good, short psychological thriller, written by Sara Foster, and well narrated by Tamala Shelton and Tim Potter. I liked the characters in their settings; so relatable. I'll be looking for other novels by Sara Foster!

Great mystery to listen
Well done and thank you for the free read too.
Interesting format with the writing with the exchange of Lenny and Claire’s chapters.
It’s also a sad reflection on how victims like Claire hide their pain and secrets from all those they love.
