Superbly explained!

I really enjoyed learning new concepts from this book; it was well explained and broken down. it has shown light on why since I switched to a meat based diet, my teeth have improved so much and are no longer sensitive to hot and cold, and I have less calcium build-up.

I 10/10 recommend 👌🏻

Meal plan

It’s a different view on a diet book. The 40 day meal plan is quite nice although it’s rather hard to listen to.( useful in PDF version)

not good enough for everybody

I totally understand and agree with the basic nutritional principles in this book but not with the strategies to meet our needs.
Its emphasis in animal products to get the fat soluble vitamins seem to me unnecessary.
I was already informed on the subject of those nutrients and was curious about how different this book would be from the book Cure Tooth Decay.
