Publisher's Summary

Nathaniel and Chasan are no ordinary angels.

Destiny chose them to be twin flames, fated mates. But Nathaniel has avoided Chasan for nearly a thousand years.

When sent to Earth on a mission to live and work together, Nathaniel comes face-to-face with his destiny. Short-tempered, petulant, and grumpy, he hates the idea of being fated to anyone and has chosen an existence of isolation rather than spending time with the calm, kind, and serene Chasan. But now he has no choice.

One is fire, the other is air; a true dichotomy of angels. Together they will be ignited, or they will be extinguished. This assignment will seal their fate either way.

Definitely audiobook of the month July 2020

5 Blue Roses

3 Blue Flames

Narrator Nick J. Russo gave a heavenly performance of the blissful tale about two angels sent to earth to save a child. Stop… no, it’s not what you think. Whatever you think, it is not that. This was such a beautiful surprise, something of beauty. Nick poured himself into this performance. I baptize this the best audiobook narrated by Nick J Russo and written by NR Walker.

Nick’s ability to change his voice for the different characters and infusing that said characters with emotional temper tantrums, humorous remarks, and heartfelt celestial blaming made it an unforgettable performance.

Nathaniel and Chasan are two sides of the same coin. Soulmates, but Nathaniel has been overseer of the hell department, so long, he has no clue what’s happening on earth. This contributed to some very funny moments of realization. The two end up being teachers at a primary school.
The plot was well laid out and it has a story behind a story and another one behind that story, a classical angel story! I LOVED it! It is something of beauty. The best of it all was the discovery of the joys of a human body. OMG, Nathaniel can not swear, but when the two got going, his creative cries had me rolling on the floor laughing.

I cried as well. Sobbing, and bawling my eyes out. I absolutely recommend this audiobook, the story came full circle with an unbelievable boost of hope. I’m putting this audiobook forward as my favorite of the month. This means the boys will have their review as well.

Happy Listening

Cute

Cute and lovely. I find there are too many repeated words. The story is simple, sometimes too dramatic but cute nonetheless.

Disappointing story, Excellent narration!

the reviews were high for this book and comments exclaimed how very funny it was. . I found the first half very boring and repetitive and the humor was lackluster compared to many of her other books. The second half picked up a bit but overall it was ok.
