Perfect timing for me to hear this

I am just in the process of getting my license.
I can't wait to take this approach to my business and implement systems to grow and sustain business.
I was worried about this business consuming me and my family commitments.
I feel confident it doesn't have to be so.
I will be referring back many of times in the future.

Nope

Hard to stay focussed. No real tips, lots of vaque ‘advice’.
The voices are unfortunately quite boring.
A ‘fast forward’ would have been very welcome.

All promises, no tactics

I read the e myth revisited and enjoyed it so I got this one. There are barely any useful points in here besides "use systems". I've been a realtor for 8 years and was looking for some priorities or layouts for systems or something. Barely anything. just over qnd over and over them saying "if you use the systems in this book you could 10x your business and hardly work." but there are no actually explained systems, just glossed over. Still need to completely re-engineer your business all using your own systems. I expected with such a specific topic to be blessed with so much more concrete suggestions. nah. such a disappointment to what it could have been.

No Action Items

“When you have a system that works for you while you’re not working then you have a real business”

I had such high hopes for this book, especially after the amazing intro. It fell super short… there was no action plan here. No action items.

I was expecting:
Here is the perfect listing presentation
Here is what your admin should do
Here are the best automated forms of lead Gen
Here was my business plan when I was starting out

Instead I just listened to Brad Korn “Soft Flex” about how his systems were great but he never showed my what any of those systems were and Michael Gerber just told stories in between each chapter.

Very disappointing
