Awesome book

Wonderful book with pdf recipes! Not an easy diet for everyone but definitely worth the journey! Really yummy recipes too!

Unable to find PDF with recipes after purchase.

I thought it had good information, however with out the PDF files that come with this book it makes it 10x harder to follow. I have tried everything to find access after buying on Audible & still nothing. Not impressed
