Great book but;
Liked the book except for one detail that seems important. The main thing is to become aware of the inner dialogue that is going on continuously in your own mind.
Replacing it with a more positive step but do you ever wonder where or who or what is this inner dialogue. It’s what separates you from a direct experience of “source”.
