C’est vraiment du Grâce Goodwin, l’histoire est super bonne avec des scènes croustillantes comme on aime. Go for it girl

Excellent Story but...

I love this new series. I especially like that it departs from traditional Grace Godwin patterns by being heavier on the story and lighter on the sexcapades. Good little escapism story. I loved reading it and the second one. Refreshing take on an old theme. Kind sensuality and closeness between characters. That having been said...

The idea of alternating male and female POV is well done and uses current vernacular slang. But, in my opinion, the readers could do so much more. The male reader has a gorgeous voice, but doesn’t read the story like he understands what his phrases mean, let alone believes what he is saying. The female narrator sounds nasally and as if she is trying to sound younger than she is. If both were to study the intonation of the Star Trek TNG theme, “THESE are the voyages...of the starship ENTERPRISE...It’s continuing MISSION...”. Also, they could study the performances of any number of Shakespearean actors... This audiobook could be just could be so much MORE...in my opinion...

I will still listen in spite of disappointing performances (in my opinion,),, but, the first rule of classic Doctor Who is, “You ARE the doctor. BE the doctor...”. I will listen because I love this new series and honour Grace for departing from the safe patterns to broaden her horizons as an author. Good work, Grace.

Not very good

If you are just looking for a quick escape book that’s so far fetched this is the book for you.

Beautiful Human female gamer finds out that the game she just beat is real and the male character she chose in the game is now her bonded mate who will forever love & care for her.

After he shows up in the middle of the night she decides to leave earth to be with him, her game fighting skills apparently all are transferrable into the real world where she’s given her own Ship and weapons.
