Another home run for Sales Leaders!!
Mike writes another great back to basics book for sales leaders. This is a must trad for new and veteran sales managers and those that aspire to lead!

Well written from extensive experience
I’ve been in Management for over 20+ years - a dozen as a Sales Manager. This has an enormous amount of same situations, but it’s a great recap and gives different insights into how to make your team strong, but also yourself stronger.
