Really appreciated this text

Even though I've been practicing (poorly) for over a quarter century. And within a different tradition.

I found this book wonderful. I appreciate this teachers wit and humour. Even though I have no idea who he is. Even after listened to three of his books on audible.

This is my favourite to date. Which I purchased Street listening to the two "included" titles here.
