Just lock yourself up and don’t breathe!!
Seriously?! My cortisol levels just raised my estrogen causing my brain to produce high levels of stress after listening to all the restrictions!! Another quack methodology that no one!! will sustain. Don’t bother with this plethora of nonsense. My take away is that Our bodies respond to ANY kind of change to shock it into reset. Fasting for instance for three days drinking chamomile, fennel and milk thistle tea will have the same results my meno friends! Not to mention regular fun exercise that you like!! Enjoy your life and don’t get stressed listening to these nonsense dos and donts! Peace ✌️🕊️
