I didn’t think I could learn anymore…

So I listened to Brian’s podcasts when he was talking about this book. In the podcasts he said something that clicked with me. “If you have been dieting your entire adult life, you’re doing it wrong”.

That was me but now I’ve learned so many things I had no idea about from this book and have now been applying it to my lifestyle. Brian is a wealth of knowledge and this book is exactly what I needed.
