My Go To Resource for all things Keto and Healing

This book is a gift from start to finish, overflowing with information and deliciousness.

Leanne Vogel's 'The Keto Diet' is an incredibly thorough Keto resource and so much more. It is truly my 'go to' for all things Keto but it's also my favourite cookbook, full of inspiring stories of other Keto people and their successes and a source of incredibly positive approaches for self-care, positive movement and healing.

When I purchased this book I expected a cookbook and had no idea the breadth of information that is included to support people on their Keto journey. An absolute Keto beginner would have all the information and support they need in this book to successfully adopt an extremely healthy, personalized Keto Plan. AND - really experienced Keto folks will learn so much about Keto and their bodies and the full package of wellness that they'll be surprised over and over.

The PDF is really well done and a great tool to support a very professional recording. The narrator is lovely to listen to and does a great job of capturing Leanne's spirited writing style - something that I love about this book is Leanne's complete transparency about her own wellness journey. She is open and honest and in that rawness you learn to accept your past and present and to love yourself and your future.

I have recommended this book to friends and they agree with my feeling that this is the 'Encyclopedia of Keto' and so much more. Enjoy!

Never received the recipes

I love the book and the knowledge gained; however, as it is an e-book it did not come with the recipes. I understand they were supposed to be emailed to me, but I did not recieve them. I do not think it is right that I pay for a book and do not get the whole book.

Excellent

The information was better than I expected. I bought the book before I bought it on Audible. Then being able to download the book was excellent as well for when you want to search something. Love the pictures, recipes, grocery list. How to make your own nut milk, all the variations are in there. I listen while I do other mundane things and it's awesome.

SO much information but a great resource

I love Leanne Vogel and what she has done for me, but have to admit that the book in audio form is a bit overwhelming to the listener. I would suggest that you buy the book and the audio so that you can understand what she is speaking about. Even the PDF that comes with the audiobook is helpful, but the book is definitely better. It teaches you everything you need to know about Keto and the lifestyle.

This is truly a case of one stop shopping for keto newbs like me. I’m obsessed with Leanne’s consistent reinforcement of the craziness to NOT participate in order to ACTUALLY fully enjoy enjoy the benefits of this style of eating. Obsessed!
