Good story. Narrator you have to get used to

For the first half of the first book I really felt an awkward style win the narrator.
However. Has I went through the books it felt better then good. It is the getting used to type :)
The story is good and description of each location and area quite exhaustive.
Story is sometimes bothering has the hero often seem to be under par and only win by chance when the vilains are somewhat really clever and resourceful up to their final stumble.
The general story is quite enjoyable and I had a real good time listening to it.
