Awesome & Insightful

Easy to listen too. The reader/listener can definitely relate to Kayla. This book is well written en delivered. LOVED the advice and her approach to weight loss. Every time I listen to it I learn /realize sometime else about the weight loss journey.

Accurate and helpful.

I have done intermittent fasting and successfully lost quite a bit of weight. Then I stopped and gained most of it back.

I'm better prepared now than before. And I so agree with the premise your approach to eating has to be doable for any goals to remain manageable.

Encouragement

Wow! This is such an encouraging book. I've been trying to lose weight for such a long time. This book gives me the encouragement to see losing weight as an experiment. The author addressed many of the problems I have had with weight loss. I will be listening to this one again!
