Amazing Book/ Refreshing advices and exercices

Amazing book! I love the psychological aspect. I feel stuck the same way she did, I have so much knowledge but I just wouldnt do it and I couldnt figure out why! Shahroo Has the answers and Im so grateful.I I will listen to it a second time to do all the exercices. I wish there was a workbook that came in pdf with it.
