Didn't make it through the first chapter

I'll preface this review by saying that I originally listened to this audio book on CD shortly after it came out. At that time, maybe 10+ years ago, this was amazing. It felt revolutionary, and I found it incredibly inspiring. Which is why I purchased the audio book version - the CDs were borrowed from a friend, and I wanted to experience it all again.

This time, the whole thing was grating, the sounds, the words, the thoughts and intentions, were all grating, and I couldn't listen beyond the first half hour.

I had several friends who did their training in person with Richard, and it was an incredible experience for them. They are still practicing Matrix Energetics, and it's been incredibly helpful for them and others. To those considering purchasing this audio book, it may be helpful to check out some of the more recent messages on FB to determine whether this is a good fit for you. Search Matrix Energetics
