Why isn't everyone reading this???

My husband went plant- based a few years ago after reading The China Study, he then started reading books by John MacDougall. He is skinny, definitely doesn't need to lose weight. Me, on the other hand, I could stand to lose some but was having trouble jumping on the plant- based ideology. This book did it for me!! It resonated so well with me!! I couldn't stop listening. I am following the plan and have never felt better - the pounds are starting to come off after trying every diet out there!!! Love it!

I think you need this book

I think everyone needs to know the information in this book. Very well written and easy to understand. You also get an attachment PDF with the data shared and recipes to help you along.
