Excellent! Just what I was looking for!

Challenged my thought process. Excellent length and kept me engaged through all. Listened completely without doing the exercises. Relistening a second time with access to pen and paper. Well done!

This isn’t really audiobook material

They want you to do exercises n stuff but I’m literally driving and he’s like “write in your journal for 10 mins” I’m like, I’ll never remember all this. So I did zero of the recommended exercises. Plus the dude’s voice, no offence I couldn’t do it, but his voice was really boring. And the examples they’d use like “when work is stressful” or “traffic sucks”like man, get real. That’s way below the level of mental toughness I’m looking for. I want stuff like “when your dad murders someone and goes to prison”, real stuff. Not this petty nonsense. Anyway. Read the book instead.
