Exactly what I needed

Following my exit from a couple unhealthy work environments, where I was disempowered as a leader, I have been on a journey to find deeper connection with my mind and body.

This book came at the perfect time. It has tied my mind body, to my leadership, and to how I’m supporting and knowing myself better.

Also, the narration is fantastic!

Amazing wisdom!

Great narration, a prefect combination of practical and theoretical, very reminescent of Brene Brown books. Loved the lived examples and the exercises.
Everyone should read this book!

Courage to Connect

I really enjoyed this book. Casey has a beautiful comforting voice. It is so needed right now as more people hit burnout, there has to be another way.
Getting back to ourselves, ending the people pleasing habit, getting our bodies on board for creating the future we want for ourselves and our community.
