C'est un très bon livre

C'est un très bon livre. Mais ce n'est pas un livre qu'on peut écouter qu'une seule fois.

Je pense que c'est important de l'écouter plusieurs fois pour bien comprendre et aussi faire les exercices.

Moi depuis que j'écris ou journaling comme elle parle dans le livre. Ça me libère de mes pensées.

J'aime beaucoup mieux faire ça que d'aller voir un ou une psychologue.

De toute façon on ne peut pas dire la même chose à une personne que quand on écrit.

Je trouve que si c'est possible d'écrire à toutes les fois qu'on a la possibilité. Ça aide vraiment.

C'est un long processus. Des fois on passe par quelque chose de douloureux.

Moi je préfère écouter des livres et trouver des réponses. Oui j'en ai trouvé beaucoup. Même si on m'a dit que je n'en trouverais pas.

De me dire que je n'en trouverais ça m'a motivé encore plus à vouloir en trouver.


Il faut trouver ce qui fonctionne pour vous. Moi c'est décrire.

C'est toujours mieux que de parler seul. Souvent des gens en ri. Mais je suis sûr que tout le monde le fait de temps en temps. Même s'ils ne veulent pas l'avouer.
