Amazing/ better then my therapist

This book was amazing it helped me out of a lot of my ruts and anxiety. It’s shorter than most books. I read each chapter three times and loved it from start to finish. Daily attainable easy to do goals. Would recommend this to everyone. It did more then 2 months of therapy for me.
