Great, Easy to follow
I really enjoyed this book. Debra explains in a way that is easy to follow and comprehend. Her stories are relatable while providing a variety of information.

Listened to it twice
This book is really good and explains the elements to a tee. I love how you get advice on each one. I would buy the second book if there was another. Deb’s voice is also soothing and relaxing.
