Very insightful!

This book is a great resource for chakra healing and awareness that is up to date with the planets energy! There are helpful exercises and affirmations to help connect all of your chakras together, so that you can create a loving experience for yourself regardless of what's going on in your environment!

Another 5 star for Carol Tuttle

In finishing reading The Modern Day Chakra Guide I was left with this overall feeling. Just like everything Carol puts out there you feel hope, empowered and then left with actionable steps for real healing. This book also graces us with all those things. Great read for the beginner to the advanced chakra reader.
