Such a great book, with a lot of answers!

Lots of people deal with personal issues, and wonder why they fail. A lot of the answers I was looking for had a simple nutritional approach that was easy to implement with a good diet and exercise.
I loved the fact that this was on audiobook as I'm a truck driver pulling long shifts driving. This approach gave me a great opportunity to get the information that I needed in a manner that worked very well for me.
