Excellent Book!
If you are looking for expert advice on all things mortgage this is the book for you! It is highly educational, laying out the various steps of obtaining the very best mortgage for you and your family! loved it. Angela Calla also hosts "The Mortgage Show" on 980 CKNW Saturday evenings at 7:00pm if you want to learn more!

A Must Read for Any Homebuyer!
Angela knows mortgages and has graciously shared her expertise in this book. Listening to Angela narrate her own book was like having her sit in the passenger seat of my car and chat with me about buying a home while I drove to work. I’ve had the benefit of having Angela’s team do my mortgage and if you can’t have her as your mortgage broker, this book is the next best thing. Highly highly recommend for anyone thinking of buying a home for the first time, the second time, or even the fiftieth time.

This played like a 5 hour commercial. Some useful info nonetheless, good starter or primer.

Good information, one long ad
I still haven't quite finished it, it's been tough to get through. I appreciate that the writer has worked hard on her business but the book feels like one large ad for her company. The information is generally good but it is repeated again and again, in mulitple different ways that end with her explaining how her and her company can help better than other ones. Again; I understand she has her company to run and endorse, it just wasn't what I was hoping for.

Angela Calla is an Altruistic Genius
Angela Calla is an Altruistic Genius, and is not afraid to tell you...every chapter. Very few individual points made. Most of the content is advertising for her and her company. Interesting choice of narrator for the audiobook. Don’t waste your money.
