About the Creator

Jeffery Deaver is an international number-one bestselling author. His books are sold in 150 countries and have been translated into 25 languages. He has served two terms as president of Mystery Writers of America, and was recently named a Grand Master of MWA, whose ranks include Agatha Christie, Ellery Queen, Mary Higgins Clark, and Walter Mosley.

Weird Twist

Story itself was a bit silly.

Short plot twist as we near the finish line

For a short story it was well executed and the pace was consistent. The plot twist arrives towards the very end of the novelette. The plot read as a murder mystery up until the last chapter. I somewhat felt cheated when not only the plot twist at the end of the story, but the whole genre took a twist. Not something readers are readily and surprisingly accustomed too. Still undecided as to whether or not I like the "game changer".

Not Too Long

I found this book to be not too involved a nice easy read. The story was good but without a plot too gripping.

This b9ok was a pleasant read not very long. The reader of the book was very good

fun and light supernatural story.

I found I was almost right about the culprit... but not quite. I wish there were more events like the final proof during the book.
