Nice take on dystopian fantasy

A pretty standard take on how powers happen and earth's response to it. Some good twist and inter-related characters to keep you guessing. Narration isn't totally monotone but a bit lack luster in my opinion. All in all a decent way to pass a few hours, but nothing to have you dying for more
